What is the nearest bts or subway from…?
Hi guys, i might be staying at a hotel just next to survanabhumi airport for my trip and may i know which is the nearest train station from there if i want to travel to city central (Say, MBK shopping center)?
Or if i were to take a meter cab from the airport to MBK or huai kwang, roughly how much would it be?

If you intend to see Bangkok then get a hotel in the city if it is not too much trouble to change. Airport to Sukhumvit Road (Nana) or Siam area is around 30 minutes by meter taxi. The airport is not close to the popular tourist areas. There are hotels that open right onto the Skytrain such as the Asia Hotel and Pathumwan Princess (right at MBK.)
There are cheaper hotels that are only a few minutes walk from the Skytrain. At present there is no rail service to the airport. For the Skytrain I think On Nut is the closest stop to the airport. There is a Lotus Tesco at that stop. Bus from airport bus station to that Lotus Tesco stop is 35 baht and around an hour.
